Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinuance without notice.

Order Changes or Cancelations

Once an order has been processed, changes or cancelations may not be possible. Contact us & we will let you know if it can be done or not.

Returns

Customer must contact us via email within 7 days for a return authorization prior to any return. Please be sure to indicate your name, whether it is an exchange or return, the item(s), & the reason(s). Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges in advance to receive any item(s) back that are returned to us without a return authorization.

If customer doesn't want or misorders:

Fishing Tackle: Unopened can be returned for a merchandise credit of purchase price only; except for custom orders - no return.

Fishing Equipment: Can be returned for a refund of purchase price only.

Big Papa Items:

	Unembroidered can be returned for a refund of purchase price only.
	Custom embroidered cannot be returned unless we make a mistake.

Items for embroidery:

	Unembroidered items may be returned or exchanged for size and/or color, subject to a 25% restocking fee. (We have to pass this on as we have to pay it.) Shipping/handling charges cannot be refunded. (Manufacturer defects excepted.)
	Embroidered items are custom and cannot be returned, unless we make a mistake or there is a manufacturer defect.

Return/Exchange for manufacturer defect or if we make a mistake:

	Can be exchanged for exactly the same item only.
	We will specify shipping method in return authorization & refund actual amount paid for this method.

All items must be in new condition & received within 30 days. Items should be returned in their original packaging & have all tags still attached, if originally included. Item(s) that show damage other than from manufacturer defects will not be refunded & buyer pays shipping in advance to receive item(s) back.

Restocking fees, non-return of shipping/handling charges, & any additional fees incurred by us applies to orders returned due to incorrectly provided address. Since they are unique, personalized items cannot be returned but can be exchanged for exactly the same item if we make a mistake or there is a manufacturer defect .

How to Return:

	Notify us as noted above.
	Ship item(s) back. (You are responsible for shipping costs, except for manufacturer defect.
	Upon receipt, we will notify you of receipt & process applicable refund.

How to Exchange:

	Notify us as noted above.
	Ship item(s) back. (You are responsible for shipping costs, except for manufacturer defect or if we make a mistake.)
	Upon receipt, we will notify you of receipt.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for returns to be processed.
